Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery: 5–8 days from the date you place your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Supplier processing, your destination, carrier delays, holidays, and customs can affect delivery. International orders may take longer. Any destination-specific estimate shown at checkout applies to that order.
Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping is free on every order. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Taxes and any import charges collected by us are shown before you pay. Customs authorities may charge additional duties or import taxes that are not collected at checkout; these are the recipient’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Fulfillment and tracking
We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners that may ship directly to you. Items may arrive in separate packages. We send tracking information when it becomes available; tracking may take time to show carrier activity.
Delays and missing deliveries
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped goods for a refund, as required by applicable law. Contact us if your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery window. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and arrange the remedy required by law. A delivery scan alone does not remove your consumer rights.
Address changes and order issues
Check your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation; changes may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins. Any actual reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by you will be explained before you agree to them.
Optional shipping protection
If purchased, Shipping Protection covers loss, theft, or transit damage to the products on that order. Contact us with your order number and available supporting information. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund if a replacement is unavailable. This optional purchase does not replace or restrict rights you already have without it.
