Standard 30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. Proof of purchase is required. You pay return postage for a standard change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to return
Email stayingawhilecosupport@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct destination, which may be a supplier’s return facility. Do not send items to the address on the parcel without checking with us. Requesting instructions does not limit statutory cancellation rights or their deadlines. Send an accepted standard return within 14 days of receiving instructions, and keep your proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us promptly with your order number and, where available, photos of the item and packaging. We cover reasonable return postage for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as required by applicable law. These rights do not depend on buying an add-on and are not limited to our voluntary 30-day window.
Optional 30-Day Guarantee
If your order includes the paid 30-Day Guarantee, you may request a return of the covered products within 30 days after delivery for any reason, including after trying them. Return postage is covered. Contact us for a prepaid label or agreed postage reimbursement before sending the return. The guarantee fee itself is not refunded for a change-of-mind return after the benefit has been used, except where required by law. Products must be returned with included parts where available. This guarantee adds to your standard and statutory rights.
Refund timing and bundles
After receiving and checking a return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where law requires. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid, including allocated bundle discounts. For a partial bundle return, the refund is the discounted amount attributable to the returned item. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot promise to stop fulfillment once it has begun; your return and statutory withdrawal rights still apply. For an exchange, contact us to arrange the return and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom customers
Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, or the last delivery of a multi-part order. Notify us by an unambiguous statement by email or post using the contact information below, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You bear direct return postage unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed to cover it. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will reimburse the returned goods and the original standard delivery charge, where applicable, within 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Any legally required exceptions will apply only where applicable; we do not treat all worn accessories as automatically exempt.
Optional withdrawal notice: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [items]. Ordered on/received on: [dates]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is required only for a paper notice.
Your rights and contact details
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides stronger protections, that law applies.
